Another Successful Generational Change

 Initially challenging and different, we eventually found new paths and opportunities that have resulted in seeing things from new perspectives.

The past year shares many similarities with a generational shift, something every organization eventually faces. An opportunity that allows things to evolve, where the organization itself can harness the competence and vital experience present, along with innovative thinking to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

At Wictor Family Office, we consider it a great honor to be involved in supporting companies and families in generational shifts. It is on occasions like these that we, together with your organization, have the privilege to manage genuine business relationships and your company's fundamental values.

This year, in particular, holds a special place in our hearts for this work. We have been given the opportunity to apply the same approach internally. At the turn of the year, Börje Johansson will work less in an advisory role and more strategically, as he intends to focus on board assignments within Wictor Family Office AB, Wictor Property AB, and Wictor Holding AB.

Börje, who has been active in the finance industry for more than 20 years, has been involved since the early stages and shaped the organization that is now Wictor Family Office. He is cherished by colleagues and customers alike. Börje's fantastic commitment and customer focus are something we admire and a standard we all strive to maintain.

To our great delight, we welcome David Johansson, Börje's son, to the Wictor family and to the role of Chief Client Executive. Like his father, David has dedicated himself to the finance industry and has extensive experience as a chief advisor and investment specialist.
