Our condominium project in Mellbystrand has garnered interest and invited engagement. It pleases us that people are interested in our work and care about the development of the area.

Mellbystrand, located by Sweden's longest sandy beach, is the summer paradise attracting more and more residents. This is for understandable reasons: the combination of tranquility and harmony by the sea, along with the proximity to both the E6 highway and Ängelholm Airport, makes Mellbystrand a suitable housing option for many. Approved Demolition Permit

A direct consequence of our construction plans is the demolition of the existing property, "Restaurang Stallet." Exterior Changes & Landscaping

The exterior appearance of the apartments has been revised in response to accessibility requirements and varying ground levels.

Given that the plot slopes towards the sea, time has been dedicated to landscaping. Due to the difference in elevation (refer to the above animation), we have utilized L-shaped concrete supports to address the terrain variations in accordance with municipal accessibility standards. This results in the property being divided into four different ground levels.

Timeline & Sales

The financial and timeline objectives for the project are being met in accordance with our set goals, with allowances for potentially higher costs associated with building permit applications and finalizing land plans.

The production work (3D images and film) is in its final stages, and we anticipate being able to market the project at the end of October or the beginning of November.
