The construction process is progressing according to plan

Each apartment has its own private level with a garden, pool, parking, gym, spa, wine cellar, and home theater. The property boasts an incredible panoramic view that extends from the Tramuntana mountain range, all the way to the port and sea through the picturesque Andratx Valley.

The construction is in full swing, and this summer, we completed a long and complex excavation of the mountain where our building will stand. This has been the most critical phase and has exceeded all expectations. Despite nearly 20,000 cubic meters of rock, it has been successfully executed, staying within both budget and schedule. Now, we are finally moving on to the structural work itself. We are starting by constructing the garage and will then progress upward in the building. Last week, the first foundation was poured for the garage, and we should be finished with Hill100 by January 2024. After that, we can expect a new floor every 3rd to 4th week. When one floor is completed, installations begin immediately on that floor while the floor above is being constructed. This way, we work our way up to a finished product sometime in the fall of 2024.
