Wictor acquires FMG+ AB

Today, on July 31, 2020, Wictor Family Office becomes the new owner of FMG+ AB. The acquisition strengthens its position as a Swedish wealth manager and complements its operations with additional specialist and business areas.

Wictor Family Office is one of Sweden's fastest-growing wealth managers and a modern challenger in an otherwise traditional market. The company navigates its customers through individually tailored solutions in the complex world that comes with wealth. The head office is located on Kaptensgatan in Halmstad, with local offices in Malmö and Stockholm.

As part of the deal, the three founders Jonas Kjellberg, Martin Aastrup, and Robert Claesson, along with other staff, will start working at Wictor Family Office, continuing to operate from the existing office at Kornhamnstorg in Stockholm. Furthermore, the founders will become shareholders in Wictor Family Office.
