Project Farhult
The project consists of four two-storey buildings with a total of 32 modern condominium apartments of 55m² each (two) with an open floor plan. The investment is part of the 'Wictor Real Estate Dividend' portfolio, exclusively managed for the parent company Wictor Family Office, its owners and customers.
Investors will be regularly updated on the progress of the process.
Project idea
The property project in the Scanian town of Farhult and the ongoing project 'Solsidan i Mellbystrand' have a common denominator: the attractive location along Sweden's longest sandy beach. With proximity to the E6 and Ängelholm airport, the properties are suitable as both permanent and summer residences; both Stockholmers and Copenhageners have already expressed interest.
Status, broker and details
The contracted real estate agent is Mathias Blomberg Hading at Optimal Fastighetsförmedling. Currently, 21 out of 32 apartments have been sold and construction is proceeding both according to the schedule and the financial planning.

On August 5, 2020, Helsingborgs Dagblad drew attention to the project, which can be read at this link.
We are keen to keep our investors up to date on their portfolio holdings. Therefore, they are continuously updated via moving images as well as photographs and monthly newsletters.
Join us on a flight over the project area, filmed during the summer of 2019 and before either demolition work or construction began.
