Köpmannen in Halmstad

Köpmannen is our latest project that was acquired in December 2022. Here we will build 38 apartments of 35m2 with a sleeping loft. The project was acquired with complete building permit drawings, which shortens lead times significantly. The application for planning permission was submitted just before Christmas. We expect to be able to start construction before the summer of 2023 and expect to have apartments ready to move into already in the fall of 2024. The project is primarily aimed at students. Halmstad University with 12,000 students is 5 minutes by bike from Köpmannen on Snöstorpsvägen.
