Located along the coast and close to, as well as overlooking, dunes and sandy beach, we have chosen to invest in Mellbystrand.
Mellbystrand, located on Sweden's longest sandy beach, is the summer paradise that attracts more and more people to permanent residence. This is for obvious reasons: The combination of calm and harmony by the sea and the proximity to both the E6 and Ängelholm Airport make Mellbystrand a suitable accommodation option for most people.
